The Board of Review will meet at the Town of Flambeau Town Hall located at W8493 East Parkview Road, Ladysmith, Wisconsin.

Call to order: By Chairman Dan Murray, at 4:00PM.
Those present: Assessor Eric Kleven, Chairman Dan Murray, Supervisors Jim Verdegan &
Phil Duchnowski (arrived at 4:15PM), Clerk Linda Flohr, and Michael LeDuc (arrived at
5:00PM.
Michael LeDuc had called Clerk Linda Flohr on May 5th, at 9AM, that he would be attending
the Board of Review meeting at 5:00PM, on May 11th. He provided the Objection to Real
Property Assessment, which the clerk read aloud and recorded. He was at the meeting to
request that his assessment be lowered from $98,900.00 to $89,000, which he thought his
assessment should be because of the following: purchase price: $87,000 (July, 2019) plus
appraisal cost for Wayne Stoll, bringing cost to $88,900 (June, 2019), plus $950 to bring
house up to livable condition. Appraiser Eric Kleven provided his input.
Dan made the motion to end deliberation, 1st by Jim, 2nd by Phil, motion carried by aye vote,
deliberation ended.
Dan made a motion to change Michael LeDuc”s assessment to $89,000. 1st by Jim,
2nd by Phil, motion carried by aye vote, to change the assessment from $98,900 to $89,000.
Next year’s Open Book is scheduled for May 4, 2021, 4-6 PM, next year’s Board of Review is
scheduled for May 11, 2021, 4-6PM.
Motion to adjourn at 6:00PM. Board of Review completed, 1 case heard, that of Michael
LeDuc, 1st by Phil, 2nd by Jim. Meeting finished. So noted by Chairman Dan Murray.
